This inspiring class created for Tweens, blends the power of self-expression through yoga and art. Class includes an art project, fun filled and age appropriate yoga, games, breath work, meditation and relaxation. Tweens leave feeling energized, empowered and always wanting more.  All levels and abilities welcomed!

This class introduces yoga to children in a fun and playful way, exploring yoga poses and games, creative movement, dramatic play, and art and ends with peaceful relaxation. Kids will learn to breathe, move and connect with each other in a creative way, building confidence within themselves and the world around them.

Destress, regain strength and flexibility, bond with your baby, and connect with other moms! Baby & Me Yoga practice is designed specifically for the needs of a new mom to learn yoga poses that will strengthen your core and pelvic floor, relieve lower back ache and open tight hips. This class also teaches healthy and safe yoga movements for your baby.

  • ​Ages: Babies 6 weeks old - newly crawling.

  • All levels and abilities welcome. Dads, caregivers and friends are welcome too!
